Dr. Todd Burton
Todd Burton, MD - established All About Children Pediatrics in 2001. He grew up in Dallas (Richardson), graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology, and then received his Doctor of Medicine from The University of Texas-Houston. Dr. Burton did his residency training at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock. He was an integral part in the development of the Collin County Health Center – a free health clinic in McKinney for uninsured children. Dr. Burton sponsors and volunteers for many community events in Collin County and is passionate about outreach opportunities. He and his wife Liz live in McKinney and have three children – Blake, Kylie and Brett.
Dr. Kelley Smith
Kelley Smith, MD – grew up in Richardson and joined the staff of AACP in 2007. Dr. Smith graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Biology (and minor in French) from Johns Hopkins University, and then received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Texas A & M College of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Scott & White in Temple, Texas. Dr. Smith has completed several half marathons for charity, including The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training. She is passionate about the Make a Wish Foundation and the Children’s Miracle Network. She particularly enjoys sharing the lives of children under her care, as their families grow.
Heidi Hall, PA-C
Heidi Hall was born and raised in Wisconsin where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Wisconsin Lutheran College. She then attended Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Illinois, where she obtained a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Practice. After graduating she spent several years working in Emergency Medicine in Wisconsin. After moving to Texas she began working in Family Medicine in the Austin area and then McKinney. She took time away from work to care for her two young children and is now thrilled to join All About Children Pediatrics, where her children have been patients since they were born. She is looking forward to getting to know and help care for the families of AACP!
When not working, she enjoys spending her time with her husband Shane, and their two wonderful children, Connor and Lily. She also keeps busy with reading, traveling, church activities, and following her Wisconsin sports teams.
Tori Comeau, NP-C
Tori grew up in Memphis Tennessee. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences, Respiratory Care in 2002. After graduation she began practicing in a Neonatal ICU. Tori then attended Union University Accelerated Nursing BSN program in 2004. After graduating she began practicing as an RN in the NICU at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in 2005. Since graduating with her Master’s Degree in Nursing-FNP from the University of Central Arkansas in 2009, Tori has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, primarily in pediatric primary care, pediatric urgent care and pediatric urology with LeBonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis TN.
Tori lives in McKinney with her husband Nathan and two young boys Caleb and Eli. Her family is her greatest joy and blessing!
Dr. Jennifer L. Piehl
Jennifer Piehl, MD – Dr. Piehl lived in Sutherland Springs, Texas, for the first nine years of her life and then traveled extensively with her family, living across the country and abroad. Dr. Piehl graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (and a minor in Sociocultural Anthropology) from the University of California, Los Angeles, and then received her Doctor of Medicine degree from New York Medical College. She completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Dr. Piehl practiced for 14 years in Orange, California, in private practice, before relocating her family to Texas in the summer of 2019.
Dr. Piehl and her husband, Randy, have three children, Jacob, Ansley, and Kacie. She keeps busy shuttling her children to their sporting events including, soccer, ice hockey and basketball. Her greatest joy, outside of her own family, is watching the children she cares for grow and thrive and she feels blessed to be a part of their childhood journey.
