It is our current belief that sick children are a priority. Being sick is tough not only on your child but also on you.  This is why we are committed to offering same day sick appointments for our patients.

We also offer Saturday sick only appointments from 9:00am until 12:00pm on Saturdays October through May.

When to Call All About Children Pediatrics to Schedule your Child
For a Sick Appointment

  • Has a rectal temp of 100.4 F and is less than 3 months of age.
  • Has a rectal temp of 101 F or higher and is 3-6 months of age.
  • Has a rectal temp of 102 F or higher and is older than 6 months of age.
  • Has diarrhea or vomiting that is severe or frequent, or lasts several hours.
  • Has blood in the stool, urine or vomit.
  • Has a lingering or unusual cough.
  • Has not been eating.
  • Is a newborn who appears sick in any way.
  • Will not stop crying.
  • Is unusually sleepy or limp.
  • Is having a problem moving around.
  • Cannot swallow
  • Has a rash.
  • Has been bitten by an animal or another human.
  • Has swelling in any part of the body.
  • Has any problem that is worsening or will not go away.

When to Dial 9-1-1.  Dial 9-1-1 or proceed to the nearest Emergency Room or Urgent CareCenter if your child

  • Is choking or having trouble breathing.
  • Is convulsing.
  • Is unconscious or will not respond.
  • Has lips or skin that have turned blue, purple or gray.
  • Is bleeding heavily.
  • Has a serious injury or burn.
  • Has a poisonous bite or sting.
  • Has eaten or drunk poison-even if there are no symptoms.
If your child has a life-threatening emergency,
please call 9-1-1 immediately
