Dr. Todd Burton

Todd Burton, MD – established All About Children Pediatrics in 2001.  He grew up in Dallas ( Richardson), graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Human  Biology and then received his Doctor of Medicine  from The University of Texas Health Science Houston.  Dr. Burton did his residency training at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock.  He volunteers as Pediatric Director and board member for Collin County Health Center – a free health clinic in McKinney for uninsured children.
He and his wife Liz have three children – Blake (9), Kylie (7) and Brett (3).

Dr. Kelley Smith

Kelley Smith, MD – grew up in Richardson and joined the staff of AACP in 2007.  Dr. Smith graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Biology (and minor in French) from Johns Hopkins University, and then received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Texas A & M College of Medicine.  She completed her pediatric residency at Scott & White in Temple, Texas. Dr. Smith brings an array of general pediatric experience to help care for the children of our community.  She enjoys running when not caring for her patients.

Dr. Kathleen Dollins
Joining the practice this summer, our newest addition to the All About children Pediatrics family, Dr. Kathleen Dollins, graduated summa cum laude from Texas Tech in 2002 with Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science.  Continuing her studies at Texas Tech, she earned her Doctor of Medicine degree in 2006 and completed pediatric residency and post graduate training in June 2009.  Her professional experience are varied and included working as a laboratory technician as well as two years' experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care unit at Lubbock's University Medical Center.  In her free time Dr. Dollins enjoys music composition, reading, tennis, computer games, snow skiing and travel.
Dr. Jodi Lemeshev
Jodi Lemeshev, MD was born and raised in southern California.  She received her Bachelor of Science in physiology from the University of California, Davis and then moved to San Antonio, Texas where she received her Medical Degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio.  She completed her pediatric residency training at Santa Rosa Children’s Hospital in San Antonio.  She moved to the Dallas area in 2005 to be near her husband’s family.  She has worked the last three years providing medical care for an underserved population in Mesquite.  Dr. Lemeshev enjoys all aspects of pediatric medicine, but particularly enjoys newborn care and establishing a long lasting relationship with her patients and their families.  She and her husband Yan have two children-Eva and Eliana.
Holly Whitesell, PA-C
Holly Whitesell, PA-C – has been a valuable member of the AACP family since 2001.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Life Science from Kansas State University and completed her physician’s assistant training at Wichita State University.  Holly relishes the personal and professional satisfaction of building great relationships with patients and parents as she helps keep them healthy.
